In accordance with Sections 23(2) and 23(3) of the Workplace Relations Act 2015, the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) has presented to the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Mary Mitchell O'Connor, T.D., its first Annual Report covering the period from its establishment on 1st October 2015 to 31st December 2015.
