The Conciliation, Facilitation and Mediation Services Division provides an impartial, timely and effective set of collective dispute resolution services to assist private and public sector organisations and their employees to find a mutually agreed resolution to their workplace differences.
The Division also provides a statutory mediation service where an individual has referred an employment or equality complaint for adjudication and both parties have agreed to participate in discussions to attempt to resolve the matter before a hearing takes place.
