Industrial Relations Officer (Higher Executive Officer Level) in the Workplace Relations Commission, Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment
Opportunities now exist for suitably qualified and committed individuals to take up the role of Industrial Relations Officer (IRO). Vacancies currently exist in the Conciliation, Facilitation and Mediation Division and the Knowledge, Information and Advisory Services Division of the WRC.
Reporting to a line manager, an IRO in the Conciliation, Facilitation and Mediation Division key duties include dispute resolution and managing conciliation, facilitation and mediation services on behalf of the WRC. IROs in the Knowledge, Advisory and Information Division key duties include promoting good industrial relations, and delivering advisory services, training, knowledge development and outreach programmes on behalf of the WRC.
