A Request for Tender (RFT) for the design and deployment of a Customer Relationship Management Solution (CRMS) has today (23rd December) been published by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation. The proposed CRMS will underpin and support the major reform initiatives underway for workplace relations services and the operations and activities of the Workplace Relations Commission, to be established in 2014, and an enhanced Labour Court. The CRMS will in due course replace disparate systems deployed at present within the five Workplace Relations Bodies, enhance customer service and support e-business and the achievement of significant savings and staff reductions in the delivery of services in this area.
