WRC Publishes new Guide to Employment, Labour & Equality Law

The Workplace Relations Commission has published its new Guide to Employment, Labour and Equality Law.

The Booklet provides information on employment rights and equality legislation applying in Ireland. It should be noted that this legislation applies to all workers working in Ireland, including posted EU workers and all other non-national workers working in Ireland under a contract of employment.
