Teagasc launched the Farm Labour Best Practice for Recruiting and Managing Employees Manual at a conference yesterday (15th June) in Thurles. The Workplace Relations Commission was delighted to be involved, and to collaborate, with Teagasc and dairy farmers on the production of this Guide which, among other matters, explains employment law obligations when recruiting and retaining employees.
