Findings and Conclusions:
The Complainant was notified of the hearing at the email address provided on their complaint form. They also consented to being notified by way of that email address in the complaint form. I am satisfied they were on notice of the hearing but did not attend. |
Decision:
Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint(s)/dispute(s) in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act.
I find that the complaint is not well founded. |
