In accordance with Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 (as amended) following the referral of the dispute to me by the Director General, I inquired into the dispute(s) and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any information relevant to the dispute.
Background:
The complainant submitted this dispute on the 19th of May 2025. It relates to a claim of Unfair Dismissal under the Industrial Relations Act. |
Findings and Conclusions:
The employee at the hearing confirmed that she was withdrawing this dispute. |
Decision:
Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Acts, 1969 requires that I make a recommendation in relation to the dispute.
The dispute was withdrawn accordingly I do not find in favour of the complainant. |
