Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 of the Industrial Relations Acts 1969 following the referral of the complaint to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint.
Background:
The Complainant consented to email communication. He was notified of the time and date of the remote hearing on the 24th of March 2026 at the email he provided.
He failed to attend at the hearing. |

Findings and Conclusions:
As the Complainant failed to attend and was properly notified of the time and date of the remote hearing, I must dismiss his complaint for failure to attend at the hearing. |
Decision:
Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act.
I determine that the complaint is not well founded for failure of the Complainant to attend at the hearing to hear his complaint. |
