Workplace Relations Commission Adjudication Officer: Breiffni O'Neill
Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 following the referral of the complaint to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint.
Background:
In his complaint form submitted to the WRC, the Complainant stated that he was not paid the full wages that he was entitled to by the Respondent in respect of the period that he worked from 4 July 2025 to 13 August 2025 |
Summary of Complainant’s Case:
Although I am satisfied that the Complainant was on notice of the time and date of the hearing, he did not attend on the day of the hearing to give evidence in relation to his complaint. |
Summary of Respondent’s Case:
Although I am satisfied that the Respondent was on notice of the time and date of the hearing, they did not attend on the day of the hearing to give evidence in relation to the complaint. |

As the Complainant did not attend on the day of the hearing to give evidence in relation to his complaint, I find that the complaint is not well founded. |
