Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 , Section 8 of the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 – 2015 andRegulation 10 of the European Communities (Protection of Employees on Transfer of Undertakings) Regulations 2003 (S.I. No. 131 of 2003) following the referral of the complaint to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint.
Non-Appearance of Complainant
The Complainant failed to attend the Hearing on the 4th March 2026.
As the Adjudicator was satisfied that proper notice of the time, date and place of the Hearing had been served the cases were not proceeded with as it was deemed, they were Legally Not Properly founded.
Findings and Conclusions:
Cases are Legally Not Properly Founded. Not proceeded with. Complaints are unsuccessful. |
Decision:
Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015, Section 8 of her Unfair Dismissals Act,1977 and Regulation 10 of the European Communities (Protection of Employees on Transfer of Undertakings) Regulations 2003 (S.I. No. 131 of 2003) requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaints in accordance with the relevant redress provisions of the cited Acts.
