Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 following the referral of the complaints to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaints.
Background:
The Complainant brought several matters before the Commission claiming breaches under the relevant statutory provisions. He failed to attend the scheduled hearing. He consented to email communication.
The Respondent attended and was ready to rebut the allegation made against them. |

Findings and Conclusions:
As the Complainant failed to attend and was properly notified of the time and place of the hearing I must dismissal all claims brought against the Respondent. |
