Procedure:
In accordance with Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 (as amended) following the referral of the dispute to me by the Director General, I inquired into the dispute and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any information relevant to the dispute.
The Complainant was employed as a Food & Beverage Manager from 18 March 2025 until 9 August 2025. In his complaint form submitted to the WRC on 2 September 2025, he stated that he was unfairly dismissed
As the Employer listed on the complaint form was not that of his employer, I cannot make a recommendation in relation to this complaint.
Recommendation:
Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 requires that I make a recommendation in relation to the dispute.
I cannot make a recommendation in relation to this dispute for the reason set out above.
