Procedure:
In accordance with Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 (as amended) following the referral of the dispute to me by the Director General, I inquired into the dispute and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any information relevant to the dispute.
Background:
The Worker initiated this referral on the 21st of November 2024 seeking a review of certain actions taken by the Company to which the Worker objected and in respect of which a review was sought. The present referral together with a number of other matters came on for hearing at Lansdowne House on various dates ending on the 16th and 17th of June 2026. However in a communication dated the 8th of June 2026, the Complainant’s representative confirmed that this referral was no longer being pursued. Accordingly the referral is deemed withdrawn by the Worker. |
