Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 and Section 24 of the National Minimum Wage Act, 2000 following the referral of the complaint to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint at a Public Hearing on the 31st October 2025.
As neither Party attended, despite having been properly notified of the time, date and place of the Hearing the case was dismissed as Not Well Founded.
Background:
The issue in alleged contention was a failure to pay a final week’s notice pay. The employment began on the 13th March 2025 and ended on or about the 7th April 2025.
