Procedure:
In accordance with Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 (as amended) following the referral of the dispute to me by the Director General, I inquired into the dispute and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any information relevant to the dispute.
Background:
The Worker referred a dispute under the bullying and harassment procedure. |
Summary of Workers Case:
The Worker appeared on the first hearing date but did not attend on the second hearing date. |

Summary of Employer’s Case:
The Employer appeared at both hearing dates and disputed the matter. |
Conclusions:
In conducting my investigation, I have taken into account all relevant submissions presented to me by the parties.
On the basis the Worker choose not to continue with her hearing, I am not in a position make a recommendation. |
Recommendation:
Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 requires that I make a recommendation in relation to the dispute.
In the circumstances, I am not making any recommendation.
