Procedure:
In accordance with Section 39 of the Redundancy Payments Acts 1967 – 2014, following the referral of the complaint to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint.

No appearance was made by or on behalf of the Complainant.
At hearing, the Adjudication Officer allowed a fifteen (15) minute grace period, and then commenced the hearing. |
Summary of Respondent’s Case:

Findings and Conclusions:
As no appearance was entered by or on behalf of the Complainant, I find for the Respondent. I find that this complaint is not well founded. |
