Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015following the referral of the complaint to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint.

The Complainant submitted the above complaints but did not attend the hearing arranged to consider them. |

The Respondent attended the hearing fully prepared to defend the claim. |
Findings and Conclusions:
On review of the correspondence on file I can see that the Complainant gave the WRC permission to engage with them via email and that an email notification was sent to the email address they provided on their complaint form. They were on notice of the hearing and did not attend. |
Decision:
Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint(s)/dispute(s) in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act.
I find that the complaint is not well founded. |
