Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 and/or Section 79 of the Employment Equality Acts, 1998 – 2015 following the referral of the complaint to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint.
Non-Appearance of the Complainant.
In keeping with WRC procedures, the Complainant was properly notified of the time, date and place of the Adjudication Hearing.
Regrettably the Complainant did not attend the Hearing.
Findings and Conclusions:
A period of grace, of some four weeks, was afforded for a bona fide explanation for non-attendance to be submitted. None was received. As the Complainant did not attend the Hearing no evidence could be challenged or questioned. Accordingly, the Complaint must be deemed Legally Not Properly Founded. It is non successful

Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 and Section 79 of the Employment Equality Acts, 1998 – 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint in accordance with the relevant redress provisions of the cited Acts.
