Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015following the referral of the complaint to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint.
Background:
| The Complainant in the complaint form claimed that holiday pay was due. That was denied by the Respondent and confirmed by their Accountant that all due holidays were paid. | 
Summary of Complainant’s Case:
| The Complainant failed to attend at the hearing and was informed of the date, time and place of the hearing by email which he consented to. | 
Summary of Respondent’s Case:
| The Respondent attended at the hearing and was ready to rebut the claim being made against them. | 
Findings and Conclusions:
| I must dismiss the case for failure to attend. | 
Decision:
Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint(s)/dispute(s) in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act.
| The complaint is not well founded and I dismiss the complaint for failure to attend. |
