Findings and Conclusions:
IR SC 00003496 and 00003495 There was no appearance for or on behalf of the Complainant or the Respondent for the hearing today. The last correspondence from the Complainant on file is from the 07.01.2025. I am satisfied that the Complainant was served with the hearing notice by email on the 25.08.2025. In relation to the Respondent, he made contact with the WRC today to state that he would not be attending as the Company had gone into liquidation. The liquidator was not on notice of the Complainant’s claim however in circumstances where the Complainant did not appear, that matter is moot. |
Decision:
Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Acts, 1969 requires that I make a recommendation in relation to the dispute.
IR SC 00003496 and 00003495 The complaints fail. |
