Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 following the referral of the complaint to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint.
Background:
The Complainant failed to attend at the hearing and was notified by email of the place, date and time of the hearing. He had consented to communication by email and was sent notification of the hearing at the email provided. |

Findings and Conclusions:
The Complainant failed to attend at the hearing. I am satisfied that the Complainant was notified of the place, date and time of the hearing. As the Complainant has failed to attend to make out his case the complaint must dismissed for failure to attend. |
Decision:
Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act.
I must dismiss the case for failure to attend and determine that the case is not well founded. |
