Procedure:
In accordance with Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 (as amended) following the referral of the dispute to me by the Director General, I inquired into the dispute and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any information relevant to the dispute.
Background:
In her complaint form submitted to the WRC, the Worker stated that she began her employment with the Employer on 13 August 2024 as a Sales Account Manager. She stated that she was unfairly dismissed on 22 October 2024. |
Summary of Worker’s Case:
The Worker did not attend the hearing to present her case. |
Summary of Employer’s Case:
The Employer did not attend the hearing. |
Conclusions:
In conducting my investigation, I have taken into account all relevant submissions presented to me by the parties.
As the Worker did not attend the hearing to present her case, I cannot make a recommendation that is favourable to her. |
Recommendation:
Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 requires that I make a recommendation in relation to the dispute.
I recommend that the Worker deems the matter to be closed for the reasons set out above,
