Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015] following the referral of the complaint to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint .
Background:
The Complainant began work22/07/2024 and the employment continues to the present Their service is 16 months this qualifies them under the act. They were employed as a Content Moderator and have not disclosed their earnings to the Commission. They submitted their complaint 16/06/2025 this brings them within statute |
