Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 following the referral of the complaints to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaints and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaints.
Background:
This hearings was listed, and heard alongside that bearing reference number ADJ-00022131. At the outset of the hearing the parties agreed that the correct Respondence was impleaded under the above-mentioned reference. As a consequence of the same, it was accepted that the present Respondent was not the Complainant’s employer.  | 
Summary of Complainant’s Case:
The Complainant accepted that the named Respondent is not, and has never been, her employer.  |

The Respondent also accepted that the named Respondent is not, and has never been, the Complainant’s employer.  | 
Decision:
Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaint in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act.
I find that the complaint is not well-founded.  |
