Procedure:
In accordance with Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Acts 1969 and following the referral of the dispute to me by the Director General, I inquired into the dispute and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the dispute.
Background:
The Complainant is employed by the respondent as a clerical officer since the 18th September 2017. She referred a grievance under the Industrial Relations Act 30th January 2019. |
Summary of Case
Following discussions between the parties proposals in relation to the resolution of the grievance were put to the Complainant. |
Findings and Conclusions:
I recommend that the Complainant accepts the agreed proposals in order to resolve the dispute |
