Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 following the referral of the dispute to me by the Director General, I inquired into the dispute t and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the dispute.
Summary of Complainant’s Case:
The Complainant did not attend.
Findings and Conclusions:
Both parties were notified of the date, time and location of the Hearing. The Complainant was not present nor represented at the Hearing, nor was any subsequent communication received from him at the time of the writing of this decision. Accordingly, I must conclude that I cannot proceed to hear the complaint.
