The hearing of this matter was arranged to take place on Friday 29th September 2017 at 9.00am in the offices of the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC), Lansdowne House, Lansdowne Road, Dublin 4. Both the complainant and the respondent failed to arrive for the hearing.
