3: Findings and Conclusions:
Neither party attended the Hearing and I was satisfied that notification had been served. Accordingly the complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution. |

Section 41 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 and Section 6 of the Payment of Wages Act, 1991 require that a decision be issued in accordance with the relevant redress provisions of the cited Acts.
