In accordance with Section 41(4) of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 and Section 6 of the Payment of Wages Act, 1991 following the referral of the complaint(s)/dispute(s) to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaint(s)/dispute(s) and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaint(s)/dispute(s).
Complainant’s Submission and Presentation:
Some time ago I already completed this complaint. Since that time the company have sent me my p45 and they said that they will pay for the 5 days I worked. These 5 days were right after my holiday brake. When I contacted the owner he said me to contact the firms accountant but when I contacted the firms accountant he said to contact the owner. Every time when I contact the accountant he has some other excuse but the firms owner is not answering my messages anymore. The 5 days work was done in London. Also on my P45 the date when I stopped working there is wrong. It says I stopped on 19/06/2015 but actually I stopped working for them on 22/07/2015. |
