Procedure:
In accordance with Section 41(4) of the Workplace Relations Act, 2015 and Section 6 of the Payment Of Wages Act, 1991, following the referral of the complaints to me by the Director General, I inquired into the complaints and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard by me and to present to me any evidence relevant to the complaints.

Respondent’s Submission and Presentation:
There was no appearance on or behalf of the respondent.
Decision:
Section 41(4) of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 requires that I make a decision in relation to the complaints in accordance with the relevant redress provisions under Schedule 6 of that Act. Section 6 of The Payment of Wages Act, 1991 requires me to make a decision in the case of the three complainants.
I have considered and inquired into the complaints made and I have reviewed the terms of agreement that were submitted to the hearing. The respondent had not made contact with the WRC on the claims submitted. I accept the bona fides of Counsel for the Complainants that the respondent has agreed to pay the amounts listed below. Therefore I find the complaints to be well founded.
I order the respondent to pay within a four week period:
CA-00006190 The sum of €2000.00 nett pay.
CA-00006191 the sum of €1400.00 nett pay.
CA-00006193 the sum of €1659.08 nett pay.
