heard this appeal at Dublin on 8th July 2016
Appellant: In Person

Date of Commencement: 20 June 2011
Last Day Worked: 28 February 2014

The Tribunal also awards the sum of €484.00, this being two weeks wages under the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997.
These awards are made subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment under the Social Welfare Acts during the relevant period.
