1. Complaint of Non Implementation of Rights Commissioner's Decision No r-152523-mw-15/RG.
BACKGROUND:
2. A complaint was submitted to the Labour Court in accordance with Section 31(1) of the National Minimum Wage Act, 2000. The following is the Court's Determination:
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 31(1) of the National Minimum Wage Act, 2000 by Ms Eva Tompa, 158 Lohunda Downs, Clonsilla, Dublin 15 that her former employer, Georgian BBQ House Ltd, 1stFloor, 74 Talbot St. Dublin 1 failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner-[Reference: r- 152523-MW-15/RG]
And the said decision not having been carried out by the employer, and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee €7,277.53 in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
