2. This dispute concerns the Worker's claim that his Employer failed to provide his P45 and P60. The Worker referred this case to the Labour Court on 17th December, 2014, in accordance with Section 20(1) of the Industrial Relations Act, 1969, and agreed to be bound by the Court's Recommendation. The claim before the Court was brought under Section 20(1) of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 and concerns the Claimant’s claim against his former Employer for a copy of his P45 and P60. The Employer did not attend the hearing.
The Claimant was employed by the Employer from 18thAugust 2013 until his employment ceased on 21stOctober 2014.
