The claims under the Unfair Dismissals Acts 1977 to 2007 and the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 were withdrawn by the appellant on the day of the hearing.
The Tribunal is satisfied based on the uncontested evidence of the appellant that she was dismissed by reason of redundancy. Accordingly the Tribunal awards the appellant a lump sum payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts 1967 to 2007 based on the following information:
Date of commencement of employment: 29 July 2010
Date of termination of employment: 13 September 2012
Gross weekly pay: €229.50
This award is made subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment under the Social Welfare Acts during the relevant period.
The Tribunal also awards the appellant the sum of €459.00, this sum being the equivalent of two weeks pay under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts 1973 to 2005.
