The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:

Having considered the evidence, the Tribunal finds that the claimant was made redundant and is entitled to a lump sum payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 based on the following criteria:

Employment Commenced                              26^th September 2005
Employment Ended                                        28^th January 2012
Gross Pay                                                        €480 per week (as per complaint form)         

This award is made subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment under the Social Welfare Acts during the relevant period.
