1. Alleged bullying and harassment.
2. The worker referred his case to the Labour Court on the 17th of September, 2002, in accordance with Section 20(1) of the Industrial Relationa Act, 1969. The worker agreed to be bound by the Court's recommendation. The following is the Court's recommendation:
The Court, after taking into account the detailed written and oral submissions made by the parties, has recommended that a reconciliation process be put in place to try to restore proper working relationships.
The Court has suggested that this process would be greatly facilitated by the employment of a mediator to assist these discussions. The Court is conscious that neither party would wish for this dispute to continue, and believes that there is sufficient good will to achieve a complete resolution of this issue.
