1. Time limit.
2. The Court investigated the above matter on the 25th of February, 1999 in accordance with Section 19(5) of the Employment Equality Act, 1977. The following is the Court's decision.
Having considered the submissions made by the parties, the Court is not satisfied that reasonable cause has been shown as to why the time limit prescribed in Section 19(5) of the Employment Equality Act, 1977, should be extended in this case.
