2. The Court investigated the above matter on the 21st of April, 1998, under Section 19(5) of the Employment Equality Act, 1977. The following is the Court's decision:
DECISION:
The Court, having considered the written and oral submissions, finds that the claimant has shown reasonable cause, under Section 19(5) of the Employment Equality Act, 1977, as to why reference was not lodged with the six month required time scale.
The case will, therefore, be referred for investigation.
