BACKGROUND:

2. 2. The Claimant appealed the decision of the Adjudication Officer to the Labour Court on the 14th February 2019. Labour Court hearings took place on the 21st November 2019 and 28th January 2020. The following is the Court's Determination:

DETERMINATION :

Deliberation:

The Complainant made a complaint against Panelto Foods that he had not received his
entitlements under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts 1973 to 2005
when he had been dismissed from his employment. The Adjudication Officer had not
upheld the complaint.

The Complainant failed to attend the Court hearing. His appeal was not presented and,
therefore, fails.

Determination:

The Decision of the Adjudication Officer is upheld.

The Court so determines.
