1. Appeal Of Adjudication Officer Decision No. ADJ-0011578.

BACKGROUND:

2. This is an appeal by Ms. Parker, ‘the Complainant’, against a decision by an Adjudication Officer, (AO), that he did not have jurisdiction to hear her claim for unfair dismissal by Empire Roofing, ‘the Respondent’.

DETERMINATION :

The Complainant failed to show up for the hearing. The Court is satisfied that she received notice and was aware of the time and date.

The Court determines that the case falls for want of prosecution.
