BACKGROUND:

2. This is an appeal against an Adjudication Officer's decision. A Labour Court hearing took place on 14th June 2019.

DETERMINATION :

Introduction

This is an appeal by Health Service Executive National Ambulance Service (the Respondent) against the decision of an Adjudication Officer in a claim of discrimination on the grounds of disability and family status brought by Mr Barry Redmond ( the Complainant). The complaint was made pursuant to the Employment Equality Acts 1998-2015.

The Respondent moved the appeal. The Complainant did not resist the appeal.

The decision of the Adjudication Officer is set aside.

The Court so Determines.
