DEC-E2014-013: An Employee -v- An Employer. Grounds/Issues: Employment Equality Acts - Sections 6 & 8 – Gender – Conditions of Employment – Victimisation - Equal Pay – Time Limits.
DEC-E2014-015: An Individual -v- A Company. Grounds/Issues: Age and Race - Section 6 & 8 - Getting a job
