The claimant alleges that she was directly and indirectly discriminated against by the respondent in terms of Sections 2(a), 2(b) and 2(c) of the Employment Equality Act, 1977 when she her application for job-sharing in her position as Deputy Nursing Officer was not granted. Her application for job-sharing would have been granted if she had been prepared to revert back to the position of Staff Nurse.
