This dispute concerns a claim by Ms. Marian Sheils O' Donnell that the Board of Management of St. Baithin's N.S. and the Board of Management of St. Aengus N.S. and the Department of Education and Science discriminated against her within the meaning of Sections 2(a), 2(b) and 2(c) of the Employment Equality Act, 1977 and in contravention of section 3 of that Act, when it did not appoint her to the Home School Community Liaison Co-ordinator post to be shared between both national schools.
