This dispute concerns a claim by the Equality Authority (formerly the Employment Equality Agency), on behalf of Ms. Joan O'Neill, that she is entitled to the same rate of remuneration as that paid by Malahide Service Station to Mr. Joe Leonard in terms of Sections 3(a), 3(b) and 3(c) of the Anti-Discrimination (Pay) Act, 1974.
