This dispute concerns a claim by MANDATE, on behalf of 104 named female employees, that they were discriminated against by Superquinn when it refused permission to the named claimants (see Appendix A) to wear trousers. This claim has been referred under Section 2(a) of the Employment Equality Act, 1977.
