This dispute concerns a claim by the Union (S.I.P.T.U.), on behalf of 20 female employees of Barford Meats Limited, that they are entitled to the same rate of remuneration as that paid to two named male comparators in terms of Sections 3(a), 3(b) and 3(c) of the Anti-Discrimination (Pay) Act, 1974.
