This dispute concerns an allegation by the claimant Ms Marie Caffrey Hanrahan that she was discriminated against on the basis of her sex contrary to the terms of the Employment Equality Act, 1977 when an offer of an appointment to St. Vincent's College in May 1991, made by the Administrator of the Redeployment Scheme, was not proceeded with following a successful appeal by the college against it.
