This case concerns allegations that:
(i) the claimant was subjected to sexual harassment by a male worker in breach of the Employment Equality Act, 1977 and that
(ii) the employer, in re-assigning the alleged harasser to the same physical area of work as the claimant following a period of suspension, further discriminated against the claimant.
The claimant, accordingly, alleges discrimination by her employer contrary to Sections 2(a) and 2(c) of the Employment Equality Act, 1977.
